YOU SHOULD JOIN THE FAIRWINDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION |
|
We are very fortunate to live
in one of the finest communities in Canada. The natural beauty,
climate and recreational opportunities are unsurpassed. |
|
One of the greatest
assets of our community are the residents; they have proven themselves to be
considerate and caring neighbours, who readily welcome newcomers to join
them in social and recreational opportunities. |
|
The principal objectives of
the FCA are to communicate information about issues, to provide a forum for
residents to voice their concerns and to initiate action on these concerns.
To achieve these objectives it is important that we have an effective
two-way communication between all residents and the executive of the
association. A membership in the FCA ensures that you are provided
news updates via emails and newsletters, and that you are encouraged to
participate in the semi-annual general meetings. Members
are always welcome to work on volunteer committees that are addressing
issues that are of particular interest to them. Some of the activities
of the committees are listed on the Executive page of this website.
Their accomplishments will provide some appreciation of the work undertaken
by the organization. |
