Phases and development because the ownership of the properties have been
held by 4 different development companies since 1988. For your
guidelines determine which phase your property lies in and look up those
guidelines. These guidelines govern the property as it is being
built on and landscaped.
These GUIDELINES should not to be
confused with the area COVENANTS which are assigned to each property.
These would be included with your mortgage or property ownership records and
would have been signed for at the transfer of the property title.
These covenants also vary from phase to phase. |
