Congratulations to all the Canadian athletes who participated in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.  We are all proud of you and all your accomplishments.

Welcome to the Fairwinds Community Association website.  Residents and visitors alike find the amiable climate, the natural beauty of the sea and mountains, and the abundant wildlife, an invitation to stay in this small piece of paradise.  Enjoy your tour through our community and please feel free to contact any one of the Executive through this website.  If you come to Fairwinds as a new resident, you will be warmly greeted by the members of our community.

FCA Mission is:

1.

 To serve as a source of information about the community.
2. To provide a forum for addressing and sharing issues and concerns of common interest to the community.
3. To give direction for a unified course of action in resolving emergent issues and concerns affecting the community.
4. Liaise with the owners and management of the Fairwinds Development Corporation with respect to issues affecting the community and its residents
